Service Description
WiFibre Internet is a private fibre internet provider. We build, own, and operate our own Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) network across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions. Services are delivered using GPON and XGS-PON technology.

All prices include GST. Speeds are best effort. Typical evening speeds (6PM–11PM) vary by plan — see plan pages for details. All residential plans are CGNAT by default; static IPv4 available for +$5/mo.

Payment Options

Cancellation of Service
You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via the portal at portal.wifibre.com.au or by emailing [email protected]. No cancellation fees apply on month-to-month plans.
